Film speaker is using a piezoelectric film which called PVDF (Poly Vinylidene Fluoride).
It is thin, minimized, and flexible.
It has also wide frequency and dynamic band, low impedance, high induced electricity and mechanism, low density,
and high sensitivity. Its sound impedance is 2.6 times greater than water, human tissue, organics and 11 times
greater than piezoelectric ceramics.
PVDF's surface energy is 22.6, 36.5 dyne/cm which is low. It is hard to connect electric field. We have surface
reforming, supporting structure control technology and using Pedot, CNT to overcome low adhesive strength and the low and middle registers. |
